Poor management can lead to Disasters !
Management is pretty awesome tasking of
things between coordination and organization. If you are not able to
coordinate, you are unable to organize. Nobody could teach management
apart from business schools ( that is sarcasm, no direct association
to business schools indeed).
We are all examples of management
system perfectly made by the universal power. Our organ systems work
in coordination and synchronization to deliver best functioning
without even ourselves being aware being a part of it. Ohh here's the
surprise......one abnormal feeling or sensation and yes we know there
is something wrong. Following this, we run for checkups and
consumption of lucrative generics to correct the management.
Henceforth, we find solutions to correct poor management our body
built up.
Poor management System and
signs
Sometimes, we are so caught and under
constant pressure to perform well, that we really forget to look and
introspect about the management.
So, what are the signs of poor
management?
1.A poor management will make you mad.
2.You will certainly feel that
everything is going haywire.
3.The best est of tasks you perform
will seem to be worst and there is constant loop of dissatisfaction
building up.
Adding to all above points, one is
personal management problem which could be build up with sheer
practice and confidence, well another is the company you work for.
Company poor management could kill you in a way only devil's wand
knows.
What is the intermediate
solution to improve company's poor management?
Speak up about poor management. A
feedback per forma about company's management should be made
compulsory for every company. A through analysis should be done by
Human Resources Research and development cell. A quarterly meeting
with all employees where it should be compulsory for each and every
employer to speak up.
Solutions are not terrific, it is just
the higher management who is lazy.

We all know about Steve Jobs and his
innovations and success. Nobody can be successful or lucky without
the pinch of good management. A good management added to hard work
makes it all good going for a person. All management principles and
the style of work Steve Jobs did could be derived from what he said
(It always echoes in my ears).
His words were `Simple can be harder
than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to
make it simple'
And given the heaviness of hard work in
his statement. Do we often forget to substitute hard work with smart
work? Remember no smart work could be done without hard work. We are
generations of complexity. And yes be simply oriented instead of
trying complexity. We turn complex as managers or CEO and turn
management worse. That's the truth my friend :)
